Warning - Shays Rebellion is not politically correct. If there is a politically incorrect side of any issue - that's probably the side you will find Shay Richardson on.

Shay is Catholic in a day and age where it is socially acceptable to call Catholics names simply for believing what their faith teaches. Catholics believe in traditional marriage - homophobic. Catholics believe that there are only two genders - transphobic. Catholics believe that abortion is wrong and the taking of an innocent human life - misogynistic. And so Shay finds herself being called every name in the book because she stands up for her beliefs.

So just be warned going in that if you are easily triggered by beliefs that differ from your own, then Shay's Rebellion is probably not for you. You have been warned. However, if you are mature enough to read opinions different from your own, then read on. Of course, you are likely Gen X or a Boomer if that's the case.
