In the first chapter of Shay’s Rebellion, Shay finds herself on a Sunday morning show doing her job of defending the Dreyfuss Administration. Then when she makes the case for a stolen election, the host of the show doesn’t want to hear it and tries to whitewash the entire issue. But Shay insists on being heard and makes her case. And then all hell breaks loose.

In the real world with the 2020 election, we have gotten a similar whitewash from the mainstream media. You will hear news anchors saying they have “debunked” experts alleging voter fraud and other illegal voting activity with their own experts. They cherry-pick one or two sentences from reports coming out of the swing states trying to twist the words to match the conclusions they themselves have already made.[1]

By not reporting this issue honestly, the mainstream media have only added to the divide in America between red and blue. How easy it would have been for any of these networks to allow experts from both sides to come on and make their cases and debate one another. But that could not be allowed. They could not risk the American people reaching a conclusion that does not match their narrative.

And so we have seen a complete whitewash of this issue. But the facts keep breaking through. One example is the swing state of Wisconsin. The Wisconsin Assembly recently voted to send to its rules committee a resolution to reclaim its 2020 electors. You will not see the mainstream media report on the investigation completed by the Wisconsin Assembly. But you can look at the PowerPoint presentation of it here.

As you scroll through the evidence you begin to realize that even if only half of the evidence is true, there is still substantial evidence of voter fraud and a stolen election in Wisconsin. Given all the evidence gathered by the Wisconsin State Assembly, there is simply no way to have confidence in the outcome of the election. The electors should have never been certified.

But what may be most disconcerting in Wisconsin, is the fact that unelected bureaucrats knowingly violated and recommended to others that they violate state election laws. The Wisconsin Elections Commission instructed local officials to bypass the fraud safeguards in absentee voting for residential care facilities. The members of the Wisconsin Elections Commission violated the clear letter to the law claiming that the violations were necessary due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Racine County Sheriff did a full investigation and recommended felony charges for five of the six commissioners. But no charges are expected by either the district attorney or the attorney general. So the 2020 election has set a precedent that unelected bureaucrats can violate election laws thereby possibly swinging close elections without repercussions.

Is it any wonder that voters in swing states like Wisconsin are upset? A Rasmussen poll conducted this last fall showed that 56% of respondents agreed that "It’s likely that cheating affected the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.”[2] The reason is that they continue to see the evidence coming out in swing states like Wisconsin.

Half of Americans have strong reasons to believe that their constitutional rights were violated in the 2020 election. Their anger and demand for answers are understandable. The worst thing that could be done for our nation is to whitewash the investigations and sweep it all under the rug. But that is exactly what the left and mainstream media are doing. And in so doing they are helping to tear America apart.

ENDNOTES [1] See the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty full report “A Review of the 2020 Election” (December 2021). The report says that in their investigation of the 2020 election in Wisconsin they did not find proof of widespread voter fraud. But the report noted that the abandonment of procedures required by Wisconsin law by the Wisconsin Elections Commission and other officials led to the following conclusion, “Widespread abandonment of proper procedures raises questions regarding the fairness of the process and the possibility for voter fraud that might not otherwise be detected.” So the violations of law by unelected bureaucrats make it difficult to detect any voter fraud that may have occurred. The report also concluded that “It is almost certain that in Wisconsin’s 2020 election the number of votes that did not comply with existing legal requirements exceeded Joe Biden’s margin of victory.”
